Failure in delivery will not be Fur&Tail's responsibility to repackage, send and pay delivery costs.

We offer post-purchase service for our products within 6 months of the purchase date. Our service covers manufacturing-related issues and general wear under normal use.
Service Fee: Ranges from IDR 100k to SGD 300k, depending on the extent of the damage.
Processing Time: Please allow 14–21 business days for inspection and repair.
Shipping Fees: All shipping costs (to and from our facility) are the responsibility of the customer.

•Improper washing or care
•Misuse or mishandling
•Faults caused by incorrect storage
